Who is Milos Djordjevic?

Hi, I’m Milos — a coach, biomechanics specialist, pain expert… and now, a father.

I’ve been working out for over 14 years and coaching for the past 7. Along the way, I earned multiple certifications, including:

  • Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • Certified Biomechanics Coach
  • Level 3 Neurokinetic Therapy Practitioner
  • Pain Treatment Specialist
  • Strength & Conditioning Coach

But my real training started much earlier — growing up in a tough environment that forced me to build a strong mind, resilient body, and relentless work ethic. That mindset still drives me today.

Since 2019, I’ve been based in Dubai, helping busy, high-achieving men — especially fathers — take control of their bodies, resolve long-term pain, and feel like themselves again.
